I'm a former physique trainer and competitive powerlifter and once broke three world records at the N.A.S.A Chammionships where I won the National Title in 1997.
Currently I'm a competitive National Level NPC bodybuilder having just place 9th in the Lightheavyweight class at the National Championships in 2008, in Atlanta,GA.
I give to you the kind of massage I expect to have when I book one for myself. My focus is your relaxation on a heated table using proper draping, soothing music and my strong hands massaging you into peaceful relaxation.
All appointments are for full hour minimum but I recommend the one and half hour since as we know, one hour is never enough.
I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Mobilization and many other modalities that I combine in order to give to you specifically the massage my hands tell me you knead.
I do NOT do focus injury work though I believe that since every muscle and fiber is connected to the other that when you receive full body massage, healing is facilitated. I don't take direction during massage appointments. When booking a massage with me, you're putting yourself into my hands for me to give you the massage I offer and if you like my massage I welcome you to rebook. I don't do cookie cutter massage. If you like me to focus on particular areas such as calfs or back, I will spend more time in that area but will be sure to still give full body massage, including hands and feet ( **with exception-IF your feet are raunchy, I WILL NOT massage them so I suggest prior to appointment with me, you have a pedicure down the street at Elite Nails). Surely you understand! Still, if for some reason, we skip your feet, you can be sure you'll still have a very nice relaxing massage at my studio, by me.
